dev-cmd/dispatch-build-bottle: Stop replacing `linuxbrew-core`

- The cores are now merged (:tada:), so the Linux core tap is
  `homebrew-core` not `linuxbrew-core`, everything core should have
  switched over, this should be safe to remove.
