proton: Only disable nvapi if NV driver can't be found for some games.

Move several games which only fail when nvapi is detected on non-NVIDIA
GPUs to new hack which checks for presence of NV driver in /proc/modules
before disabling nvapi.  If NV driver is detected, nvapi will still be
present for these games.
