🗑️ docs: remove deprecated architecture and guide documentation

Remove outdated documentation files that are no longer relevant:
- ADR documents for native function calling
- Architecture diagrams (MMD format)
- User guides for previous implementation patterns
- Development and configuration guides

These docs covered the pre-architecture-refactor codebase and are superseded by current implementation.
