FIX: require OpenMeshCraft, refuse MCUT fallback

find_package the dep prefix package on all platforms. No silent MCUT
fallback when OpenMeshCraft or GMP/MPFR is missing. MCUT-only builds
still require an explicit -DSLIC3R_ALLOW_MCUT_BOOLEAN=ON.
Linux CLI can pass -DLINUX_CLI_COMPILE=ON to force MCUT (prebuilt OMC ABI mismatch).
