FIX: rename shewchuk compress to avoid zlib clash

Linux AppImage links libshewchuk_predicates.a and libzlibstatic.a into
bambu-studio. Both export compress(), so GNU ld fails. Rename shewchuk
to omc_shewchuk_compress at deps compile time.

JIRA: none reason: other Linux AppImage shewchuk/zlib compress symbol clash
自测结果: fail 备注: Windows 本地无法复现 GNU ld 冲突，需 Jenkins 重编 deps 后验证 AppImage
