fix(slack): route get_thread_replies through user token for DM channels

Channels starting with D… now auto-route conversations.replies through the
user token (xoxp) when the credential has one. Bot tokens only see DMs the
bot participates in, so user↔user DM threads previously returned
channel_not_found. resolveChannelId follows the same routing.
