Switch SSH fetch from paramiko to sshpass + system ssh

paramiko causes "Connection reset by peer" errors with the printer's
SSH server due to algorithm negotiation failures. The system ssh binary
handles the printer's legacy algorithms automatically.

Also adds sshpass to install.sh dependencies.
