Update CLAUDE.md and README with latest features

Documents multi-printer support, job history, spool reallocation, SP slot,
SSH auto-linking details (multiple passwords/paths), and the new mock printer
server (mock_printer.py + mock_sshpass.sh) for local development without
real hardware.
