feat(runtime/tests): add virtual, real basic tests (#127)

Write Pwsh script that runs @tests/runtime/virtual.py  and @tests/runtime/real.py.
Clear $PSScriptRoot/../../../../output/tests before and assert virtual_00001_.png and real_00001_.png exist after.
- Use an array.
Only clear output/tests if it only contains assert files to avoid accidental remove.
- Remove files one by one without the tests dir.

Pass the first arg to load().
