DnsWebService: Updated StartWebServiceAsync() to use HttpClientNetworkHandler as backchannel and implemented OnRedirectToIdentityProvider event to check if user info endpoint is available to enable GetClaimsFromUserInfoEndpoint option. Added new webServiceReverseProxyAddresses option to define allowed reverse proxies. Moved GetRemoteEndPoint() from extensions to here. Other minor changes and code refactoring done.

DnsServer: Updated ProcessRequestAsync() to check for invalid domain names to prevent throwing exception later. Updated ProcessUpdateQueryAsync() to remove RDLENGTH check since added records do not have it initialized. Updated ProcessCNAMEAsync(), ProcessRecursiveQueryAsync(), and GetCacheRefreshNeededQueryAsync() to check for invalid domain name. Code refactoring changes done.
