Fix issue where skins from the cache couldn’t be found if they hadn’t been loaded previously

* This was especially noticeable if the skin belonged to a non-premium user, first time it couldn’t be found, but after retrying, it worked
* Fix the previous commit, note to self: don’t program and make commits with a headache
