Bump uuid and hyperid in /src/ifctester/webapp

Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [hyperid](https://github.com/mcollina/hyperid). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `uuid`

Updates `hyperid` from 3.3.0 to 4.0.0
