Improve OpenAPI scripts (#3340)

Implements the following improvements
- fix `scripts/openapi-update-classes.sh` call into `openapi.py`
- provide properties that return suggested schemas
- provide methods that return suggested schemas
- suggest schema only if not implemented by any other class of a union
