Upgrade STTextView to 2.2.2 and adapt code to updated API changes

Updated event handler to accept replacementString parameter in both AppKit and
UIKit NeonPlugin implementations following STTextView API change. Enhanced
UIColor resource loading in UIKit Theme to specify bundle explicitly when
resolving color assets.
