Fix line number gutter rendering and updating in both SwiftUI and UIKit text views

Ensure consistent line number gutter behavior by updating gutter font and
color in response to font or options changes. Improve handling of selection
and text updates in SwiftUI by removing legacy update coordination flags and
simplifying update logic. Make gutter views’ backgrounds transparent for
better rendering.
