Refine line number cell sizing and fix separator view rendering context

- Remove unused textWidth property and rely on textSize for layout calculations
- Improve accuracy of text visual center using typographic bounds
- Set cell frame to match calculated text size for better layout consistency
- Fix intrinsicContentSize to scale properly with insets and text height
- Save/restore graphics context state in separator view to prevent side effects
