Use fragment view frame for accurate gutter positioning of line numbers

Replaces reliance on layout fragment frames with actual fragment view frames when
calculating gutter line number cell positions, improving accuracy especially for
extra line fragments. This aligns the gutter with the rendered text layout in
both AppKit and UIKit platforms. Also removes obsolete workaround logic and
fixes viewport sorting for consistent rendering order.
