Add snapshot tests for STTextView gutter rendering with various configurations

Adds GutterSnapshotTests to validate the appearance of the STTextView gutter
under a range of conditions: visibility toggling, different font sizes, light
and dark themes, various view sizes, number of lines, and edge cases such as
empty or scrolled documents. Includes associated reference snapshot images.
