Adjust gutter line number position by removing contentInsets offset

Previously, the y-origin of gutter number cells was offset by the scroll view's
contentInsets.top, which could cause misalignment. This adjustment removes the
offset to align gutter line numbers directly with their corresponding
selectionFrame.
