free-9xe closed: SkillCheck-Free now ships via vercel-labs/skills
(verified 17-05-2026 via npx skills add against post-restructure
commit 50e514f). The 5-AC investigation collapsed to one answer
— depend on the open ecosystem CLI, don't ship own installer,
don't fork mattpocock's.

free-quw filed (P2): list SkillCheck-Free in >=5 additional
marketplaces (Anthropic plugin marketplace, agentskills.io if
separate, mattpocock/skills, awesome-claude-skills lists,
Antigravity awesome lists, community plugin curations). Goal:
maximize discovery surface; distribution channel matters
~400-8500x more than skill quality at install decision per
bimodal-adoption data in the original free-9xe sift.
