DnsDatagram: Fixed compression offset overflow bug in SerializeDomainName(). Updated Clone() to include all missing parameters. Added CloneWithMetadata() to allow updating metadata. Added IsFirstAuthoritySOAOrAPP() for ease of use in DNS server. Updated FindFirstAuthorityRecord() to search authority records in a proper sequence to avoid issues with edge cases. Fixed typo in Split(). Updated Join() to include missing authority and additional records from all datagrams in the response.

DnsClient: Updated implementation to replace "PreferIPv6" feature with "IPv6Mode" feature which allows specifying additional option to enable IPv6 support without preferring it over IPv4. Updated RecursiveResolveAsync() to trigger NS resolution only on successful resolution of request to avoid attacks. Updated RecursiveResolveAsync() to implement new feature to mark NS record for name server as misconfigured to avoid using it for a while to mitigate various attacks.

DnsCache: Updated QueryAsync() to remove NotImplementedException for serve stale and added support to query for parent side NS records. Updated CacheResponse() to fix bug in adding glue for NS in answer section due to not using new cloned obj ref. Updated CacheResponse() to add missing check for cname domain to match SOA that caused negative caching of non-standard responses coming from name servers that include SOA in all responses. Updated CacheResponse() to update NS records in cache with persistent metadata to avoid losing learning data when NS records are refreshed. Updated DnsSpecialCacheRecordData.WriteCacheRecordTo() to fix overflow bug when response has too many EDNS options.
