Fix various bugs (#18)

* Create TrackDataSink

* Add TranscoderOptions(DataSink) instead of output path

* Fix MultiDataSink and TrackDataSink writing

* Add mimeType option to both strategies

* Fix bugs

* Do not release source for one track if it's still used for another

* Fix rotation bug
