- Create .github/FUNDING.yml to enable Sponsor button on repository
- Add Support section to website footer in all 4 language versions (EN/JA/ZH-CN/ZH-TW)
- Include GitHub Sponsors and Ko-fi donation links with icons
- Set default to one-time sponsorship with ?frequency=one-time parameter
