Add support for CONSTANT altitude mode and class cleanup (issue #45)

- Removed unchecked exceptions for unrecognized altitude modes, now logs that the altitude mode
   wasn't recognized and uses the ABSOLUTE method
- Refactored logic branching
- Changed references of FlatGlobe to Globe2D
