Modified the default layer list to exclude the USDA NAIP and MS Virtual Earth Aerial layers:

- Eliminated duplication/confusion in the layer list;
- USGS NAIP Plus has supplanted USDA NAIP;
- Bing replaces MS Virtual Earth Aerial.
