* feat: Add Aave action provider for Base mainnet

* Update Aave README with comprehensive documentation

* feat: Add aave_action_provider to package exports

* Fix PR issues for Aave actions -Remove base-sepolia network support -Add proper support for wstETH, cbBTC and GHO tokens -Use Literal type for all asset_id fields in schemas -Remove '(availability depends on network)' text from descriptions -Implement current LTV calculation alongside max LTV -Update portfolio display to show both current and max LTV.
