Rosetta launcher: auto-restore native plugin DB when Live quits

The two-launcher design broke if the user opened Live the normal way
after a Rosetta session — native Live would find the Rosetta database and
rescan. Now a background watcher restores the native snapshot on Live's
exit, so 'Live not running => native state' is an invariant and the
ordinary Dock shortcut is always safe.
