Add phone InputActivity and refactor ProjectedInputActivity to Controller

- Created InputActivity on phone to display live stream of input events.
- Upgraded ProjectedInputActivity UI to high contrast.
- Scoped projected activity lifecycle to terminate when phone activity
  finishes.
- Configured AndroidManifest.xml and MainActivity to launch InputActivity
  on phone.
