Refactor DisplayControllerActivity to Controller and ViewModel architecture

- Displayed full presentation mode and capability telemetry on phone.
- Forwarded live presentation mode changes to phone UI.
- Upgraded DisplayControllerProjectedActivity UI to high contrast.
- Scoped projected activity lifecycle to terminate when phone activity
  finishes.
