refactor: remove unused run-failed and run-timeout-exceeded error models (#900)

This PR updates the auto-generated Pydantic models and TypedDicts based
on OpenAPI specification changes in [apify-docs PR
#2693](https://github.com/apify/apify-docs/pull/2693).
