chore(tests): added tests (#1072)

## What kind of change does this PR introduce?
- updated base images' versions for the test infra
- Added jsdom to emulate browser mode for GoTrueClient
- Created own package.json and package-lock.json inside the test package
to avoid affecting service dependencies
