add explicit file-unlock reminders across all agent protocols and MCP tool descriptions

Agents were not consistently reminded to release file locks when finishing work.
Added "Releasing Locks (CRITICAL)" sections to AGENTS.md, .cursorrules, CLAUDE.md,
AGENT_PROTOCOL.md, and all conventions.md files. Updated MCP tool descriptions for
propose_file_access, complete_job, and finalize_session with lock-release reminders.
Bumped @virsanghavi/axis-server to 1.7.2 and published to npm.
