test(#1588): route the three new advisory-test teardowns through the hardened rmrf helper

The tmp-rm.ts sweep (#1646) standardized recursive teardowns on rmrf (maxRetries/retryDelay against ENOTEMPTY on loaded CI runners); the three teardowns added for #1588 still used bare rmSync without retry options. Aligns them with the file's existing convention.
