Make makeall5 obsolete

* net/netdevlayer: Do not try to init BCM54213 on RPi 5
* gadget/Makefile: Create empty library on RPi 5
* makeall: Do not build latest sample by default any more
* makeall: Add option --sample
* Remove makeall5
* Update README
