refactor(visualization): migrate scenario dialogs to native dialog + DaisyUI + signals

Replace Angular Material dialogs with native <dialog> elements and DaisyUI
utility classes. Convert class-based patterns (OnInit/OnDestroy, manual
subscriptions, BehaviorSubject) to Angular signals (signal, computed,
toSignal). Remove all custom SCSS files from scenario components.
