feat(visualization): add map binding, duplicate, and delete confirm dialog for scenarios

- Add mapFileNames to Scenario model for binding scenarios to loaded maps
- Save dialog: checkbox to bind scenario to all currently visible maps
- List dialog: map-pin badge on bound scenarios, dimmed when map not loaded
- Add duplicate action (copy with new UUID, no map binding)
- Replace window.confirm with DaisyUI confirmation dialog for delete
- Remove stale e2e test referencing deleted cc-suspicious-metrics component
