chore(visualization): bump d3-hierarchy, color-convert, marked, and ajv

Upgrade four failing Renovate dependencies in a single commit:
- d3-hierarchy ^2→^3, color-convert 2.0.1→^3.1.3 (both now ESM)
- marked ^5→^17 (removed deprecated headerIds option)
- ajv ^6→^8 (ErrorObject import, instancePath, strict:false)
