# Release version 0.30.1

Fork a conversation at any reply, not just at the end — and Codex can fork at all now.
Claude's background work now shows up as a live strip you can watch, read, and stop.

## New

- **"Fork from here" on any finished reply** — the new session keeps everything through that reply, the original is untouched, live or reopened alike.
- **Codex sessions can be forked** (codex-acp 1.8.0), and a fork opens with the full history it inherited.
- **Claude's background tasks get a live strip at the top of the conversation** — last tool, token cost, a Stop button, and an Output link that opens the log in a file tab, in the browser too.
- **Background work codeg couldn't follow now settles itself**: workflow and monitor tasks show up, finished ones leave the strip, and running ones keep their agent from being shut down as idle.

## Improved

- **Updated bundled agents:** Cline 3.0.61, OpenCode 1.18.26, Kimi Code 0.40.1, Qoder 1.1.41, Cursor 2026.08.31.
- **Claude Code's approval buttons now say what you're granting and for how long** — this session versus always in this project (claude-agent-acp 0.73.0).
- **Claude Code's session title now comes straight from the agent**, so the sidebar renames the moment it's named instead of at the end of the turn.

## Fixed

- **A Codex Plan-mode plan shows once, as a card** — no longer lost on reopen, no invented "Implement the approved plan." message, no duplicate while watching live.
- **A reply that merely mentions `<proposed_plan>` is no longer cut off and swallowed into a "Proposed plan" card**, whichever agent wrote it.
- **One stretch of Codex thinking reopens as one thinking card**, not a column of up to 28.
- **An expanded canvas card comes back intact from another page** — full transcript, still live if its agent is working, and no longer reclaimed a minute later.
- **A new canvas card keeps the first message you send it**, and you can now place the cursor and select text inside it.
- **A delegated sub-task's working directory no longer turns into a sidebar project**, reopening folders you'd closed and reshuffling their order.

任意一条回复上都能分叉，不再只能从末尾切——Codex 也终于能分叉了。
Claude 在后台跑的活会在会话顶部列成一条实时状态条，能看、能读日志、能随时叫停。

- **任意一条已完成的回复上都能「从这里分叉」**——新会话保留到那条为止的全部内容，原会话原样不动，实时会话和历史重开的都一样。
- **Codex 会话可以分叉了**（随 codex-acp 1.8.0 到位），分出来的会话打开就是继承来的完整历史。
- **Claude 的后台任务在会话顶部列成一条实时状态条**——写着最近跑的工具和 token 花销，右边是「停止」和「输出」，日志直接在文件标签页里打开，网页端同样可用。
- **以前跟不住的后台任务现在能自己收尾**：工作流和监视任务会显示出来，跑完自动从状态条消失，还在跑的也不会被当成空闲关掉。

## 改进

- **内置智能体版本更新：** Cline 3.0.61、OpenCode 1.18.26、Kimi Code 0.40.1、Qoder 1.1.41、Cursor 2026.08.31。
- **Claude Code 的授权按钮写清了「授什么、管多久」**——仅本次会话，还是本项目内一直允许（随 claude-agent-acp 0.73.0 到位）。
- **Claude Code 的会话标题改由智能体直接推过来**，侧边栏在它起好名字的当下就改，不用等这一轮结束。

## 修复

- **Codex 计划模式的方案只显示一次、而且是一张卡片**——重开不再整个丢失、不再多出一条你没打过的「Implement the approved plan.」，实时看也不再上下贴两遍。
- **正文里提到 `<proposed_plan>` 的回复不再被截断、后半段跑进「Proposed plan」卡片**，任何智能体写的都一样。
- **重开 Codex 会话时，一段连续思考仍是一张思考卡片**，不再被拆成一叠（最多拆出过 28 张）。
- **画布上展开的卡片切页回来不再残缺**——对话完整，智能体还在跑的卡片回来就是活的，也不会过一分钟被当空闲回收。
- **画布上新建卡片时发的第一条消息不会再丢**，卡片里也能正常点光标、选文字。
- **委托子任务的工作目录不再变成侧边栏里的项目**，也不再把你收起的文件夹重新打开、打乱顺序。
