fix(settings): drop the warning under the command-color switch

Switching "Colorize command output" on unfolded an amber paragraph naming the
variable it sets, noting that most tools honour it over `NO_COLOR`, and
warning that `gh --json` piped into `jq` can break while it is on. It is the
longest block of copy on the page, it appears only after the user has already
made the choice it argues against, and it shifts everything below it down as
it opens.

The section keeps its description, which still says what the switch does and
that it takes effect on new sessions. `colorizeCommandOutputWarning` is
removed along with it, in all ten locales.
