chore(release): bump version to 0.35.0 (#1226)

First release with first-class (early-beta) Codex support: hook-based capture
and prompt injection, bundled MCP, and a codex_sidecar observer runtime so
Codex / ChatGPT Pro users get memory extraction with no API key. release:version
bumps all packages plus the Codex plugin manifest (which pins the npx hook
fallback), so npx -y codemem@0.35.0 codex-hook-* resolves the new commands.
