* fix(tests): 适配 ctor 1.0 — #[ctor::ctor] 改 #[ctor::ctor(unsafe)]

ctor 1.0 起要求 #[ctor] 显式 unsafe 标注(在 main 前单线程阶段运行),
adapters/proxy 的 tests/common/mod.rs 同步加标注,运行语义未变。
