Add build # to workspace path.

## Motivation

Since we recently lost VMs running on gfx950 machines, building CI jobs
in parallel on the same machine for the same branch (e.g. develop)
causes those jobs to delete each other's workspace folders, which is not
ideal.

In order to prevent this from happening, we can add the build # to the
workspace path. This way we can be sure each workspace path is unique.
