fix: openssh on windows doesn't play nicely with piping data through Stdin.

As a workaround we use our golang based ssh client to connect to the
host and only use the locally installed ssh to resolve host
configuration.
This requires users to explicitly specify their IdentityFile in their
ssh config otherwise we won't be able to authenticate.

In the future we could think about adding all IdentityFiles to the
client.
