for openziti/ziti#3933 adds controllers to enrollment responses (#194)

- adds enrollmentResponse carrying the cluster controllers list, shared via
    allOf by enrollmentCerts so ott/token responses gain it
  - adds enrollmentResponseUpdb carrying the established username
  - points enroll-ottca and enroll-updb success responses at the new types
    (were emptyResponse)
  - regenerates client/management models and bumps the spec to 0.32.0
