Fixes to sync()

* Refetch multi links *without* link props with correct filter clause
* Fix refetch of computed links to include all existing objects in
  sync into the filter clause
* Correctly reconcile refetch objects inside LinkSet (right now
  collection objects get all their props removed except 'id' - fix
  that)
