Update roadmap with GitHub issue #15 community feedback

- Add Community Feedback section with priorities from saturn77
- Incorporate alignment tools as Phase 3 (top priority)
- Add real-time code generation and syntax highlighting to Phase 4
- Include egui_dock integration and code ingestion in Phase 5
- Add improved palette UX (scrollable, collapsible categories)
- Reference issue #15 discussion on modular architecture
