Pass the enable_module_hierarchy flag E2E (#1444)

This flag was added in the previous diff to make the visualization more parsable for smaller graphs that don't really need collapsing based on module hierarchy. This diffs adds it to APIs and the main function of lib.py. Also added it to Inspector class because it internally it generates graphs from etrecord and needs this flag.
