Adding mode to enable memory offsets in Executorch trace profiler (#4472)

Summary:

The goal of the stack is to build from the existing Executorch memory profiler with some of additional functionality. Namely:

- Ability to view tensors in accordance with their true memory offsets
- Ability to view tensors allocated across multiple memory spaces
