Fix Drive detection and kill dead services

I've had a script do a proper enum of all the discovery apis, and while i was hoping a key would unkill it, after enumerating many Google-owned keys I do not believe this to be the case. It is more effective to find alternate ways to get it to work, because those services do / did exist at some point (according to serviceusage). They also still get routed and have proper Server: headers. I will check with old discovery docs later on to find methods they have / had, and have the program call those instead. Either way, most are spawned as -backend or -component ones, which are small parts of a whole you don't really individually pick out.

I will find a way.
Either way, SA enum will be quite fruitful to compensate.
