Add TypeScript types for Standard Style configuration (#4210)

* feat: add TypeScript types for Standard Style configuration

* Include generated docs

* Upgrade react-docgen to v8, fix intersection/union type rendering in docs

The doc generator now properly renders intersection types (showing the
typed object members) and union types (showing the actual values instead
of just "union").

* Fix index signature key rendering in docs
